First Day of School

Hello Fifth Graders!

Thanks for a great first day! I'm sorry that we started with PE and the Science Lab before even spending more than a few minutes in our class, but you all handled it well! 

Remember to check the whiteboard outside class tomorrow morning and that we're following the "3 Bs"". I'm looking forward to another great day!

Welcome to Fifth Grade!

Hello New Fifth Graders!

I am super excited to meet you (or get to know some of you better) tomorrow! We have a great adventure ahead of us, filled with many challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. 

Tomorrow will be an odd schedule for our first day of school: you'll go straight to PE and then to the science lab before you even come to my classroom. If you are reading this before school starts, I would strongly suggest hanging your backpack on a hook outside my classroom before you go to the blacktop. After science, we will have a day closer to what you would expect the first day of school to be like.

EDIT - We will go to class prior to PE to take attendance and drop off personal belongings.

This will be a great year together! See you all tomorrow!
